SPECIAL EVENT SHORT FILMS

The world is changing right before your eyes.  With the advent of broadband and high speed internet access, you now have the option of sharing high quality video with your family and friends.  But sharing video for the sake of sharing video isn't enough.  You need to share compelling video, filmed and edited for maximum impact.  Short films.  Cinema.  Where you are the star of your own production.

That's why we're proud to announce a new offering: world class special event short films.  Filmed using the latest advances in video capture equipment.  Edited with a keen eye for art, cinema and viewer experience.  Delivered in HD 1080p quality both online and on DVD.

WHO ARE SPECIAL EVENT SHORT FILMS FOR?

We offer short film packages that should suit most any occasion or need:  Weddings, Concerts, Corporate Retreats, Birthday parties, Bachelor / Bachelorette parties, Anniversaries, Family Reunions, Vacations, etc...  Read more about our packages below.  If you don't see exactly what you need below, please don't hesitate to contact us for a custom quote.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It's easy.  

  1. First, we meet together to discuss what tone you'd like your short film to take.  Ultimately, you're hiring us and trusting our creative process and artistic vision for your project.  That said, we still want to make sure we understand what you'd like the focus of the film to be, the overall tone, any stylistic choices you'd prefer, the length of the film, what music to use, location, etc..  
  2. We film your event.
  3. We review all your footage and edit the best moments into a your own personal short film, delivered both in an online format and on DVD. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Good editing doesn't happen overnight.  You should expect an average of two to three weeks from completion of filming before your short film is complete.  For longer short films, the delivery of your short film may take a bit longer. 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We've got a simple, introductory package for the first few months of 2010. We'll also provide a custom quote for anyone who has a project beyond the scope of our introductory package. 

"2010 Introductory Package - 5 Minute Short Film - $1500" - Includes:

  • Initial project consultation to plan your short film. 
  • A single videographer at your event, to film and document as much of the event experience as possible. If your event spans more than one day, each additional shoot day will be billed at $500 per day.
  • Delivery of your HD quality short film, both online (via either YouTube or Vimeo) and on DVD.

"2010 Introductory Package - 10 Minute Short Film - $2500" - Includes:

  • Initial project consultation to plan your short film. 
  • A single videographer at your event, to film and document as much of the event experience as possible. If your event spans more than one day, each additional shoot day will be billed at $500 per day.
  • Delivery of your HD quality short film, both online (via either YouTube or Vimeo) and on DVD.
